Prices are in Japanese yen and invoiced in JPY. USD amounts are approximate. Delivered in 7 business days (Japan time) after you approve the final script and your product reaches us in Japan. Shipping of physical products to our receiving point in Japan is at your cost. If a delivered video still does not meet the approved brief after 2 revisions, we refund the charge for that video (or do not charge for it, if it has not been paid yet).

- Do the creators post the video on their own accounts?
- No. Creators do not post. You receive the files and run them as ads from your own accounts.
- Can we use the videos outside Japan or on our website?
- Yes. Copyright is transferred to you, so you can use the videos in any media, worldwide, without time limits. Agencies may pass the videos to their clients.
- Can you write the Japanese script for us?
- Yes. We write the brief and hook ideas based on your product information in English, and creators speak in their own natural Japanese.
